Replacements

If your product is defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery (or longer for some items, please check with us) of receiving your order and we'll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.  Reach out to us at info@thebblchaircompany.com, or on the chat with your order number and a photo/video of the fault.

Refunds

Pre-order items and regular items are eligible for a refund but subject to a processing fee of 15%. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your product, contact us first at info@thebblchaircompany.com to verify you are eligible for a return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it gets lost in the post.

Cancellations/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  Applicable restocking fee applies.

Please note that while we do our best to accommodate any changes to orders, any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
